We offer free tracked shipping on all orders. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your parcel as it makes its way to you.

Most of our products are flown directly from trusted suppliers in the Far East. Typically, deliveries take between 7 - 14 days to arrive, depending on customs clearing times and your location. We strive to provide the best service possible, and while shipping times can vary, rest assured that we are working hard to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and we want to make returning an item as simple as possible.
Our Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day returns window for all purchases, starting from the date you receive your order. If you decide to return an item, no problem! Just make sure the product is in its original packaging, unused condition with original tags and send it back to us within 14 days of receiving it.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If the item you received is damaged or defective in any way, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we will cover the return postage costs, and you will receive a full refund once we receive and inspect the item.
Refund Process
All refunds are processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in the condition specified in our returns policy.
